SKFH and its subsidiaries may also maintain other data obtained through legal and publicly available channels.

Customer data obtained by SKFH and its subsidiaries are protected under strictly enforced security and confidentiality principles. Information is stored at secure access-controlled facilities. It is also backed up at an alternative location to ensure data security in the event of special, emergency or disaster situations.

SKFH and its subsidiaries use industry-leading technology to fully protect the security of your personal information. Customer information maintained by SKFH and its subsidiaries includes basic information, account information, credit information, investment information, and insurance information. SKFH or specific subsidiaries may maintain more or fewer types of information as required by their specific operational needs.

2. Account information: Account numbers or numbers with a similar function, credit card numbers, deposit account numbers, trading account numbers, savings and borrowing amounts, and other transaction and financial information
3. Credit information: Records of bounced checks, write offs, blocked transactions and information on business operation status
4. Investment information: Information on the tendering, amount and timing of investment purchases or sales
5. Insurance information: Insurance type, period, coverage amount, premium payment method, claim status, and history of coverage refusal
In the course of joint marketing activities, SKFH and its subsidiaries do not disclose, forward or share their customers' basic information, account information, credit information, investment information, or insurance information except when such uses are allowed under the law or the customer has agreed to such uses contractually or through a written statement of consent.
SKFH and its subsidiaries are legally obligated to provide any customer information that is demanded under the law by the courts or other government agencies.

Customers may agree or refuse to accept any information on financial management and business promotions from SKFH and its subsidiaries, and they may choose to opt-out or opt-in to receive such information at any time.
